cater to your specific needs by offering babysitters who can come to your home,
office, hotel accommodation or wedding/special event.
We
specialise in finding experienced, loving babysitters who have a passion for
children. We screen each of our applicants before confirming their agency
registration; including confirming references, experience and
qualifications.
All of our babysitters have been
personally interviewed and have met the following minimum
requirements:
- Hold a National Police Clearance
or Working with Children Check
- Hold Senior First Aid or First
Aid
- Written References
- Verbal References
- Experience
A number of our registered
babysitters have additional certificates/training in areas such as teaching,
swimming & special needs.
Babysitters Rate $15 - $20 per hour
Nanny
Finding the right nanny for your
family is an important process and Adelaide Babysitters is here to help you make
the best decision for your family.
Trained nannies offer high
quality, professional childcare within the family home. This one-on-one care
will help encourage and develop the child’s physical, emotional, social and
intellectual needs to enable the child to reach their full potential.
Our nannies are expected to carry
out all aspects of the children’s care. Duties will include preparing
nutritional balanced meals, providing stimulating age appropriate play, taking
the child to school, childcare and to extracurricular activities. The nanny is
also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the children’s toys, rooms and
clothes.
An average nanny’s working day is
eight to ten hours a day, with either a full or part time
week.

Family
Placement Process
Finding a
suitable nanny for your family begins when we receive your request for a nanny.
We will compare your requirements to our database of registered nannies. Once we
have found suitable candidates we will send you a Nanny Summary.
The Nanny
Summary will provide you with detailed information on our nannies; such as their
experience, qualifications and hobbies/interests.
Once you
have decided on nannies which suit your family’s needs and requirements you are
able to personally interview these applicants. Adelaide Babysitters will offer
you support throughout this whole process. Including providing you with advice
with interviewing, rate of pay, setting up employment contracts and any other
general queries you may have.
Adelaide Babysitters will provide
you and the nanny support during the placement process.
